Product Description:
Vehicle Graphics 6050PE (A product of Bemis company) is the first choice for digital printers using 'inkjet', 'airbrush', 'thermal resin' or 'electrostatic transfer' methods. Vehicle Graphics 6050PE is a high gloss vivid white vinyl formulated to promote quick drying of inks and resins. Vehicle Graphics 6050PE has similar cutting and weeding characteristics to the popular Series 5000. Backing paper is unprinted.

Vinyl: Polyvinyl Chloride, Monomeric, Stabilised, UV Protected, Precision Calendered, Cadmium Free.
Adhesive: Solvent-based acrylic, clear, pressure sensitive, permanent.
Backing Paper: Kraft, Clay-coated, Double-calandered, Siliconised one side.
PE coated for ideal flat laying.
Shelf-Life:
3 years when stored at moderate temperature and himidity.

Test method: Samples of Vehicle Graphics 6009PE were applied to enamelled steel-sheet one hour before testing. Samples were immersed in the specified test-agent at room temperature then removed after the test times notes above.
Durability: Durability depends printing method. Correct substrate preparation and maintenance of vinyl will enhance durability.
