Product Description:
Vehicle Graphics 6230R is the first choice for digital printers using pure solvent inks and for the new eco sol Max and eco sol Ultra inks. Vehicle Graphics 6230R is a gloss vivid white vinyl formulated to promote quick drying of inks and resins and is especially suited for large format printing (solvent) and eco sol Max and Ultra inks. This gives Vehicle Graphics 6230Ra super high resolution, specifically developed for quality driven customers. Car-Wrapping Digital White 6230R has similar cutting and weeding characteristics to the popular Series 5000. Backing paper is unprinted.

Product Construction:
Vinyl : Monomeric, 80 mu, UV protected, soft calandered, cadmium free
Adhesive : Polyacrylic, clear, pressure sensitive, removable
Backing Paper : Kraft, clay-coated, double-calandered, siliconised one side.

Shelf-Life:
2 years when stored at temperature (15O-25OC) and humidity (appr. 50%)

Durability:
The durability of the unprinted film is 2 years.
Overlamination of the inkjet printed material delays eventual colour fading.

Temperature Ranges:
Application : >100 C.
End-Use : -20OC to +70OC
Storage (Optimum) : 15OC to 25OC
Shrinkage 48 hours at 70OC : Max. 1% (Finat-14 test method)
